Job Summary:
The Plastic Welding Operator is responsible for assembling and welding plastic components using a heated clamping system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insert plastic parts into the welding clamp and ensure proper alignment.
- Activate the clamping system using a foot pedal.
- Monitor the heating cycle to ensure proper weld formation.
- Remove welded parts, trim excess material, and inspect for defects.
- Pack and label finished products according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
Schedule: (1st) 6:00am - 430pm (Monday - Thursday)
(2nd) 4:30pm - 3:00am (Monday - Thursday)
Pay: $15.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
