We are looking for personable, reliable, motivated Guest Experience/Front Desk Agents for our JFK Terminal 4 Airport location!
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently looking for Guest Experience Agents with OPEN AVAILABILITY.
We are seeking Guest Experience Agents that will directly impact the travel experience by settling our guests into private suites inside the airport. This is a progressive company that celebrates diverse people all around the world. Working with the location leaders, you will ensure a smooth and seamless operation for all that you engage with.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Partnering with location leaders to strengthen our business practices to align our First-Class workplace across the organization
- Building strong internal relationships in the airport to create and maintain a friendly neighborhood
- Cultivating a positive and collaborative team environment, helping to motivate others
- Engaging in great attention to detail with quality assurance being a priority for our guests and products
- A commitment to safety and cleanliness for every guest in our ‘Clean & Serene’® environment*
- Learning product knowledge and utilizing resources to upsell our merchandise and services
- Performing other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
