Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Specialist role located in Akron, OH at Minuteman Press of Akron. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering an excellent customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the printing or promotional products industry is a plus
- Non-Smoking environment
