Estimator/CSR with Printing Experience

Position Summary: We are seeking a talented customer service and estimating agent. The ideal candidate will have experience in the printing industry and possess the ability to multitask effectively while prioritizing client relationships and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their needs, ensuring a positive and responsive customer service experience.
• Prepare detailed project estimates and manage timelines to guarantee timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure high-quality output that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, feedback, and project details to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience within the printing industry.
• Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of effectively addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Excellent multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
