Minuteman Press of Anderson is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our growing team and help cultivate long-term relationships with current and potential clients. We are a locally owned and family-operated business looking for an experienced customer-focused candidate. Someone who is self-motivated, outgoing, personable, responsive and organized would excel in this role.
Required Skills:
- Print shop experience preferred * Must have at least 2 years of experience working in an Office or Customer Service Environment * Excellent basic math and computer skills * Superior customer service and problem-solving skills * Superior written and communication skills * Fast paced while maintaining attention to detail * Creative problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities / Daily Tasks:
- Greeting customers and assisting with their printing needs * Replying to client emails and answering phones * Quoting / Estimating * Work Ordering * Invoicing / Collect and accurately record all incoming payments * Proactively seek to help commercial clients with all their printing * Shifting focus to workflow bottlenecks * Working closely in a team-oriented environment * Assist other departments as needed and as time permits
