Minuteman Press Vancouver is looking for a Full-time Customer Service Representative. The role of the CSR will be to ensure quick and accurate communication between our shop and our clients. As the rest of our team, you will also be cross trained to assist in other departments of our team. **Important Note: Please read this entire posting before applying for this position.Our primary clientele are local businesses, organizations, or individual professionals needing print promotional and design services to help promote their businesses. We strive to provide positive interactions and experiences for our customers through stellar customer service skills. Is this you?Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional, and design projects.
- Entering orders into our proprietary management software, which we will train you how to use.
- Customer correspondence through the order process
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assisting the production team within the Print and Bindery department
- Vendor relations
- Filing completed orders
- Following up and updating inactive contacts/customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail.
- Professional Appearance and Attitude.
Previous printing experience is a plus but not required.
