Minuteman Press Riverside is seeking only the BEST candidates for a position as a Customer Service and Sales Representative for a busy print shop. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person with their print, promotional and design projects. Your duties will include working directly with customers, preparing estimates for printing. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
Requirements:
Print shop and prepress experience is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Excellent time-management skills.
Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Strong math skills, with a good understanding of measurements and fractions.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Graphic design and printing knowledge is a plus.
We are looking for full time support.
Expected hours: 40 per week
