You will be a member of a team of print professionals, manage equipment and supplies, and oversee project timelines from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has experience in printing, and possesses strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily print shop operations to ensure timely and high-quality production.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all machines are in proper working order.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams and other store locations to review project specifications and deadlines.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or concerns.
- Maintain quality control throughout the print process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and other documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the print industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
