Minuteman Press is growing and we are looking for the right person to grow with us! This is an in person, full time position, located in Monroe NC.
Major responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via email and phone
Quoting jobs and / or projects for customers (training available)
Handle Design projects quickly and efficiently
Control job proofing process
Run printing and finishing equipment (training available)
Assist in other areas of the store as needed
You Must:
Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team environment
Be responsible and willing to learn
Be neat/organized
Be on time and deadline driven
Have a solid work ethic and be able to multitask
Technical Skills:
Adobe Creative Cloud (required : Illustrator and InDesign)
Microsoft Office
Prepress / Layout for print production
Knowledge of color management and bleed
Print experience is a plus but not required
Compensation:
Starting rate is $17- $18/hr. Compensation will be negotiated to $19 to $21/hr after 90 day period. Bonus opportunities available after one year of employment.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
