Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position with our Houston, TX location as an Offset Printing Press Operator.
You will be working in a fast paced, exciting work environment with high standards and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, operate, and maintain offset printing presses
- Monitor proofs for print jobs and inspect for quality and consistency
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment
- Manage ink levels, paper supply, and print alignment
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and client expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience operating offset printing presses (Our location has Presstek 34DI, Ryobi 3302M, and Ryobi 3304H)
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with printing processes, color management, and safety standards
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent time management skills, you should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
- Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
- Can be cross-trained.
