Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a part-time position as a Customer Service and Print Production Associate in our Springfield, MA location. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, mailing, promotional and design projects.
You will be responsible for capturing customer requirements with regards to their projects, entering orders into our proprietary management software, and assisting in the digital printing and bindery operations. We will train you how to use our proprietary software, digital presses and finishing equipment. Duties will also include but are not limited to: advising the customer on their project, custom project quoting, customer correspondence through the order process, vendor relations and filing.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
- High organizational competence with ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Exceptional Attention to Detail.
- Professional Appearance and Attitude.
- Previous printing experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person.
- Graphic design experience is a plus not required.
