Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase sales revenue
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats
