The base salary range for this role is $125,800 - $231,200. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.

- Develop and implement regional sales plans in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs within the region to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the management of major accounts and address escalated issues to ensure client retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, budget utilization, and other KPIs for senior leadership.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to coordinate efforts that drive regional success.
- Collaborate with other regional managers to share best practices and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the security or technology industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies and practices, particularly in a regional context.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven success in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, develop actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to troubleshoot client or team challenges with effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred); MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
