The Director of the PMO is a critical player in advancing the company’s security strategy, often working closely with executive leadership. This position should expect as much as 50% travel.

The base salary range for this role is $98,000-$170,100. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.

- Lead the PMO, overseeing all security project and program management activities across the organization.
- Develop and enforce PMO standards, policies, and best practices to ensure efficient, high-quality project delivery.
- Drive strategic initiatives by aligning project and program objectives with organizational goals.
- Allocate resources, oversee budgets, and manage program risks at an enterprise level.
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators, fostering professional growth and project excellence.
- Serve as a key point of contact for executive leadership, providing insights into program performance and strategic recommendations.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- 10 years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing complex, enterprise-level security projects.
- Advanced understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
