The base salary range for this role is $73,700 - $122,200. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.

- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with the company’s goals, particularly in compliance, talent management, and workforce planning within the security industry.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and implementing engagement initiatives that align with the company’s culture and values.
- Performance Management: Guide managers through performance management processes, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans to ensure optimal team performance.
- Talent Management & Development: Support talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and employee training, to enhance employee skills and readiness for industry-specific challenges.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and security industry standards, developing and communicating policies that support the company’s regulatory obligations.
- Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives, including restructuring, role redefinition, and adapting processes to meet evolving business needs, while minimizing disruption to employees.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide insights to management for data-driven decision-making.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating and supporting programs that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Compensation & Benefits Consulting: Advise on compensation and benefits strategies, working with HR and finance teams to ensure competitive and fair practices that attract and retain talent.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with managers on staffing needs, aligning talent acquisition and retention strategies with the company’s current and future workforce requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role; experience in the security industry or related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
