What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Security Technician, you will:
- Lead the charge in installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced security systems, including high-security and integrated solutions.
- Manage complex service calls and provide expert-level solutions that ensure optimal system performance for our clients.
- Take ownership of system upgrades and modifications, helping our clients stay ahead of technological advancements.
- Act as a mentor for other technicians, guiding them in installations, troubleshooting and best practices.
- Develop and implement efficient maintenance strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay compliant with industry standards and safety regulations, all while ensuring we meet our client’s needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or a degree in electronics is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in servicing and troubleshooting security systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of security system components and integration.
- Experience mentoring others is highly desirable.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plus, but not required.
