Outside Sales Representative

We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives to drive new business growth in our Grand Rapids staffing operation.

What do Outside Sales Representatives do?

• Prospect new business and handle the complete sales process from cold call, to contract, to ongoing client development.
• Meet with top level decision makers to present our staffing solutions.
• Daily cold calling, conducting in-person meetings with potential clients, and proposing constructive solutions to fit the client’s wants/needs.

Qualifications of the Outside Sales Representative

• Previous staffing experience is a plus.
• B2B sales experience is a requirement.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
