Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through Door 2 Door or Marketing, with the goal of generating appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, contributing to our business development efforts.
Duties
- Conduct communication to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Utilize sales techniques to engage potential customers and build rapport.
- Effectively communicate the value of our offerings to secure appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand target markets and refine outreach strategies.
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
- Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and company products to enhance sales conversations.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or inside sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish.
- Previous experience in business development or Door 2 Door is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets and generating leads.
