This role requires social media strategy, content management, trend research, and administrative support to streamline daily operations. Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Facebook, and
- Schedule and post content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Analytics.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media algorithms to optimize content performance.
2. Content Planning, Organization & Trend Monitoring
- Maintain and update a content calendar to track filming, posting, and brand deliverables.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
- Identify trending sounds, topics, and hashtags for potential content ideas.
- Assist in organizing content archives, filming behind-the-scenes content, and keeping track of footage.
3. PR & Brand Collaboration Management
- Receive, unbox, and organize PR packages, keeping an inventory of gifted products.
- Track brand deals, influencer campaigns, and sponsorship deadlines in a collaboration tracker.
- Communicate with PR reps and brands to coordinate content deliverables.
- Ensure on-time content submission, approvals, and payment follow-ups for partnerships.
4. Basic Video Editing & Content Assistance
- Perform basic video editing (e.g., trimming, adding text overlays, transitions) using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Organize footage and ensure smooth handoff to the video editor.
- Assist in filming content, handling camera setup, lighting, and managing props.
- Take behind-the-scenes footage and assist with styling and setup.
5. Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to boost reach and engagement.
- Optimize social media posts with SEO-friendly descriptions, keywords, and hashtags.
- Track performance metrics and analyze data to refine content strategies.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, or cross-promotions.
6. Administrative & Errand Support
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with the video editor, brand reps, and marketing team.
- Take notes during meetings and track action items.
- Run errands, such as purchasing filming supplies, organizing props, or mailing PR packages.
- Assist with workspace organization and content inventory.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Some experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or organizations.
- Strong skills in SEO, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X). -
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Analytics to track performance.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools (major editing handled by video editor).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
