Position Overview:
We are looking to expand our team by adding a Part-time/ Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to support our group of 5 Providers. The role involves the
comprehensive management of outpatient neurology services, including, but not
limited to:
- Conducting follow-up appointments for stable neurology patients.
- Managing urgent add-on appointments as needed.
- Refilling prescriptions and managing necessary paperwork.
Our outpatient services cover a broad spectrum of
neurological conditions, including EMGs, EEGs, Botox treatments, migraines,
dementia, stroke, seizures, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological
disorders. The position offers a supportive and efficient environment with a
highly collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and medical staff.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- No weekend shifts
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner educational program approved by the State Board of Licensing or equivalent to Maryland standards.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- DEA and CDS eligibility.
