Job Description:
We are seeking outgoing, self-motivated individuals who thrive on engaging with prospects and building strong relationships. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for proactively generating qualified leads through outbound prospecting efforts. This role requires an energetic and persuasive communicator with a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new qualified leads through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Conduct a minimum of 80 outbound prospecting activities per day.
- Utilize consultative phone skills to clearly articulate value, influence stakeholders, and overcome objections.
- Research and identify prospective leads using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead contact information in CRM systems.
- Ensure all activities and relevant lead details are logged accurately in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Exhibit strong presentation and speaking skills, ensuring effective communication of information and ideas in both verbal and written formats.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed outbound activity targets.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Zoho or Salesforce, is advantageous.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- This is an onsite position, requiring in-office presence from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
