Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team

- Sales Operations:

- Develop deep knowledge of MIRA Safety’s product portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Represent MIRA Safety at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in e-commerce, safety equipment, or a related industry is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
