Content Creation & Publishing
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media posts (text, images, videos) by using AI tools
- Research and curate relevant content to share on our social channels
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Ensure all content aligns with best practices for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely manner
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content
- Support customer service efforts by escalating issues when needed
- Assist in tracking performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Help analyze social media trends and report insights to improve strategy
- Stay updated on new social media trends and platform updates
