The main objective as a Resident Care Manager (RCM) is to teach and develop our up and coming nurses to be able to, evaluate, implement and manage health care plans for individual patients. The Resident Care Manager is a mentor and also communicates treatment plans between families, doctors, providers and residents. This is a demanding and very rewarding position.
