Pay: $40,000 - $70,000 / yr DOE

About The Role
Lead, inspire, and develop the Transportation team while planning and coordinating all departmental operations to foster a dynamic, customer-first culture that prioritizes safety, reliability, and exceptional service.
Pay: $40,000 - $70,000 / yr DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Demonstrate leadership and accountability by ensuring PRS Core Values—excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration—are ingrained into all aspects of your role; lead team meetings, promote safe work practices, and perform assigned duties across roles as needed.
- Manage and supervise all department team members, including scheduling, delegating work requests, conducting inspections for quality control, maintaining records, and ensuring all team members are trained consistently and effectively.
- Provide progressive performance management through appraisals, training, coaching, mentoring, and counseling; support team accountability in alignment with standardized practices, expectations, and policies.
- Collaborate with your Regional Recruiter and Human Resources to support workforce planning and hiring; oversee payroll processes, maintain timecards, and manage department budgets, inventory, and capital recommendations.
- Oversee transportation programs and contracted services; ensure a high level of quality, customer service, and emergency preparedness; approach all interactions with a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in driving, transportation services, or a related field.
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including budgeting, performance management, program development, discipline, and management of employees.
- Valid driver’s license and meet Pacific Retirement Services' (PRS’s) Employment Driver Guidelines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records, and submit reports.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word, and scheduling applications.
Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
