Mirabella Portland is looking for our next incredible Administrator (LNHA) to lead our amazing healthcare team and support our residents!
About the role: You'll manage our 27 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation unit as well as our assisted living (16 rooms, max of 24 residents) and memory care (17 Beds) unit while providing the up-most standard of care to all of our residents. As our administrator, you'll work closely with our department directors, residents, and PRS stakeholders to ensure strong communication, efficiency and effectiveness, and alignment toward community goals.

Opened to residents in 2010, we offer the following levels of care and support: independent living, residential (assisted) living, skilled nursing care, memory care, and a full range of services and programs to support resident overall wellness.

About you:
- You'll have expertise in compliance with Oregon state health regulations.
- A valid (LNHA) license, preferably in the state of Oregon.
- A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is required.
