Mirabella Seattle is seeking an energetic, organized and compassionate leader. The Director of Nursing will oversee all health programs and services in the Skilled Nursing Facility. This position will hold primary responsibility for directing day-to-day functioning of nursing practices in compliance with current rules and procedures while adhering to established regulations and guidelines that govern skilled nursing and CCRCs.
Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 /yr DOE

About The Role
- The Director of Nursing Services (DNS) is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling nursing resources and personnel to provide the best possible care for the spiritual, mental and physical needs of the individual residents within Mirabella's skilled nursing and long term care environment.
- The DON ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations governing long term care, as well as maintaining positive relationships among nursing personnel, residents, families, other departments, and the public.
- Washington State Registered Nursing license (RN) from accredited nursing program, college or university.
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding health care facility operations.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Two (2) to three (3) years’ leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
- Current and valid CPR Certification.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
