We are now hiring a Patient Care Coordinator in our New Hartford, NY Miracle-Ear location. The responsibilities include exceptional service to our customers both over the phone and face to face, scheduling appointments, daily clerical duties, verifying insurance, email correspondence, and ordering merchandise. Candidates must possess the following:
- Outgoing personality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to multi-task in a busy office
- Can work independently
- Maintain an orderly and organized office
- Willingness to learn new policies and always comply with HIPAA regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
