What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Front Desk Associate/Customer Service position at Miracle Kratom?
Looking for a part-time weekend employee to work as cashier/customer service representative at our family owned and operated Kratom store. Kratom is an all natural plant that originates from South East Asia.
Shifts include:
Saturday - 11:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday - 11:00am - 4:00pm
Job responsibility include:
- Opening and closing the store independently and on-time
- Assisting customers with questions about products and different strains of kratom sold. (Training will be provided)
- Handle cash and POS system
- Packaging online orders to ship out
- Keeping the shop clean by regularly whipping down the front end of store
- Assisting in general cleaning procedures such as vacuuming and mopping entire store
- Working independently at the shop and reporting directly to the store manager
- Assisting with inventory of products and shipments
- Stocking inventory
Skills/experience required:
- MUST be 21 years or older to apply
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- POS system experience or fundamental computer skills
- Independent and reliable worker
