Lawn Care/Landscaping Crew Leader

Utilize your leadership skills directing the work of 2-5 team members. Ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high quality standards. Our crew leaders oversee crews assigned various assignments related to all areas of lawn care and landscaping including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and varying supportive services such as seasonal cleanups, boulder wall design, mosquito management, and chemical applications.

Crew Leader Responsibilities:

• Perform high quality work
• Oversee day-to-day site operations
• Delegation of work to crew members
• Ensure service expectations are met
• Identifying more efficient ways to perform work
• Address client concerns to the Manager and assist in achieving a positive resolution
• Providing the Manager with feedback on crew members
• Assist Manager in the development and training of crew members
• Track accurate crew time logs
• Ensure all crew members perform work safely in accordance with company policies
• See that equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles

Job responsibilities include

Crew leader responsible for maintaining lawns, trimming shrubs and trees, planting flowers and grass, edging around flower beds, landscaping and while working with commercial equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
