We train from scratch. We are a small, but fast-growing family business and we treat all our team members like family
You will make $20.00/hour while in training - typically 6-12 weeks, and after that an average technician will make $30-4-/hour, with top performers exeeding $55/hr range.
This work is similar to painting cars, however you work at customer's location. We refinish tubs/showers/countertops/floor/etc. We provide you a truck, tools, materials, you just need to provide high quality work and dedication.
You must have clean driving record (enough to get on our commercial insurance policy, this also means you have to be over 21), and desire to work hard and make money.
Attention to details is a must and this will not be just a job, but a career.
Last year our technicians averaged $90,000, while working about 40 hours a week, and almost every single one we trained from scratch.
If you have auto-body/auto-paint experience it's a plus, but NOT required.
We do background check and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
