Position: Fulltime, Permanent, Monday-Friday.
Compensation: Paid Training at $18 per hour.
Refinishing Technician Compensation up to $45,000-$70,000 annually (upon training completion).

Miracle Method of DFW Mid-Cities is currently looking for reliable, respectful and hardworking individuals who are willing and motivated to learn and train in the skilled trade of refinishing.
Miracle Method is the industry leader in the repair and restoration of bathtubs, tile, & countertops in homes, hotels, and apartments. Job Duties:
- Cleaning, prepping and spraying of bath and kitchen fixtures (tubs, showers, sinks, counters, floors etc.) and repairs of chips and blemishes.
- Driving to and from job locations throughout the greater DFW area. Company transportation is provided.
- Safe handling and proper maintenance of all refinishing equipment, to include the use of a ventilation system and personal protective equipment. Training, tools and support are provided.
- Professional customer interaction and continuous quality assurance
- Daily reporting to home office to obtain work orders and supplies.
- Identifying necessary project materials and safety equipment. All materials and safety equipment is provided.
- Following established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- General shop maintenance and custodial duties.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record and valid Texas Driver’s License.
- Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work is a must.
- Able to work with little to no supervision.
- Able to clearly communicate, read, and write effectively.
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
- Previous experience in surface refinishing is preferred, but not necessary.
