Role Overview:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll conduct in-home consultations, provide accurate and timely estimates, and achieve a minimum 42% closing ratio. This role requires a blend of construction/home improvement knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales presentations, providing detailed information on our company, products, and processes.
- Generate accurate and timely estimates.
- Prospect and engage potential customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and communication.

- Construction or home improvement experience.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.

- Must maintain a 42% overall closing ratio.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
