Miracle Motors Wilkes Barre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the Auto industry with a salary range of $40,000 to $100,000 per year, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Understand and explain vehicle features, options, and warranties to customers
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to customers
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive industry trends, models, and features
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of current automotive industry trends and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with automotive sales software
