About Us:
Miracle Motors is a group of three Buy Here Pay Here dealerships located in Pennsylvania. We specialize in helping customers secure reliable vehicles through flexible in-house financing options. We're growing and looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team.
This full-time role is based out of our Reading, PA location and will support all title processing needs for our three dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle titles and registrations for customer sales across all Miracle Motors locations
- Verify title documentation and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania state requirements
- Accurately handle lien placements, title transfers, and payoff documentation
- Interact with PennDOT and other agencies to ensure proper and timely filing
- Coordinate with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate deal processing
- Assist with title audits and resolve any title-related issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for all vehicle titles
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a title clerk in a dealership setting is required
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania title and registration laws
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
- Familiarity with Auto Master Systems (AMS) or QuickBooks is a plus
- Notary commission is a plus
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Must have valid PA Driver's License and clean criminal record
