We are looking for a Data Visualization Specialist to join our team and lead the way in creating insightful and interactive dashboards. Skills Required:
Dashboard Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other front-end visualization tools. Focus on user experience (UX) and create intuitive interfaces that enable users to easily explore and understand data. Optimize dashboard performance for speed and scalability. Data Integration and Transformation: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data is readily available and optimized for visualization. Transform raw data into clean, tested, and reusable datasets for dashboarding purposes. Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability. AI and Advanced Analytics Integration: Integrate AI-driven insights and predictive analytics into dashboards to provide deeper understanding and future-looking perspectives. Work with AI models to surface key trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data. Explore and implement new AI-powered visualization techniques. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into effective dashboard designs. Present dashboard designs and findings to stakeholders, clearly communicating insights and recommendations. Collaborate with other developers and designers to ensure consistency and best practices across all visualizations. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, including data sources, calculations, and usage guidelines. Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use and interpret dashboards.

Experience Required:
5 years of experience in Data visualization and front-end dashboard development. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals. Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices for dashboard design. Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses. Advanced SQL skills duties will include reviewing logic for data transformations, writing lots of queries, and building data models, being proficient in SQL is a must. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Experience with digital analytics data and ecommerce analytics applications (Adobe clickstream, transaction, and OMS data) Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Experience Preferred:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS) and data engineering tools is a plus. Experience integrating AI/ML models and insights into dashboards. Experience with other data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar platforms. Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for custom visuals or integrations).
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business analytics.
Education Preferred:
Master's Degree: Master's degree in a related field. Industry Certifications: Adobe Analytics Certification and/or Alteryx Workflow Certified Experience with Specific Tools: QlikSense, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, and Adobe Analytics.
