Responsibilities :
- Engineer Solutions : Develop “best practice” standards for our on-prem Redis database implementation and assist our internal customers with meeting their technology and business requirements.
- Drive Efficiency : Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and technologies to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in software engineering practices for our Redis on-prem database solution.
- Technical Escalation : Provide Tier-3 support by assisting our SRE and L2 Operations team to resolve complex problems.
- Ensure System Reliability : Leverage your software development and problem-solving expertise to create automation tools and runbooks, enhancing the reliability and stability of the Redis on-prem database.
- Participate in On-Call Rotations : Be available for occasional weekend on-call shifts, providing critical support and ensuring service reliability.
