Position Description:
We are in search of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Expert with a strong product, technical, marketing and analytical background. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, demonstrating expertise in campaign management, customer journey personalization, data analysis, and marketing automation optimization. This role demands a deep understanding of both marketing principles and technical capabilities to deliver effective solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Responsibilities: Provide thought leadership on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and omni-channel digital marketing best practices Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Configure and customize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet complex business requirements, enhancing marketing automation processes. Develop technical solutions for personalized customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies. Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy optimization. Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective measures to improve system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are well-integrated with overall business goals. Keep abreast of industry trends, updates, and best practices in marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification strongly preferred. Demonstrable experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, configuration, and development. Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for marketing automation. Strong analytical skills with a talent for interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions. Excellent problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
