What are the responsibilities and job description for the PAINTER position at Miracle Toyota?

Surface preparation : Prepare surfaces and apply paint to vehicles according to established techniques and specifications.

Paint application : Familiar with industry standards. Blend colors and apply clear coats for a quality finish.

Quality assurance : Attention to details and committed to producing high quality work.

Safety : Follows safety rules and regulations, and wears required personal protective equipment

Maintenance : Maintains tools and equipment, and keeps the work area clean

Documentation : Excellent time management and organizational skills keeping records of work performed and materials used.

Collaboration : Assists other body shop personnel and teams in the dealership to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.

Customer service : Demonstrates commitment to customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with quality workmanship.

Work Closely with Shop Manager / estimator and oversee technicians.

Will assist in the distribution of the parts for the cars being repaired. Including mirror matching parts and returns.

Work on Saturdays required.
