What are the responsibilities and job description for the M&A Analyst - Executive Support position at Miracle Value Providers?

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our growing Nashville team as an M&A Analyst.
In this role you will work hand-in-hand with the founding partner of the firm, and will play a crucial role in executing complex M&A transactions by providing financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and conducting due diligence and advisory services.
You will support and participate in all aspects of our M&A, corporate real estate, and client investment activities, including deal origination, structuring, pipeline management, and business development.
In addition to M&A activities, you will also perform certain executive assistant tasks and take responsibility for managing, coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing the Founder’s schedule, priorities, communications, and transaction deadlines, ensuring efficiency in transactional operations and executive support.
