We're actively hiring an Accounting Manager for our manufacturing client in Scottsdale. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a growing organization. We’re seeking a highly personable and hands-on accounting professional to mentor and manage the accounting team, oversee financial reporting, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, deep accounting knowledge, and experience managing financials in a complex business structure with multiple revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
- Oversee financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and monthly statements.
- Maintain Cash Flow reports and manage journal entries (prepaid, allocations, etc..)
- Manage payroll uploads, month-end close, and sales tax filings.
- Oversee inventory accounting, including cycle counts and WIP.
- Provide clear financial insights to leadership and assist with budgeting.
Requirements
- 6 years of accounting experience
- 3 years of in an accounting-based leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, P&L, and intercompany transactions.
- Experience managing financials for multiple business divisions or revenue streams.
- ERP experience required (Acumatica a plus).
- CPA is a plus

- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be willing to work in Scottsdale, AZ for an office-based role.
