We're actively hiring a Sales Representative for our client in Scottsdale who is a manufacturer and provider of high-quality firearm products. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a brand-new role within a very fast-growing sales team. We're seeking a driven individual who can help enhance the sales strategy, with a primary focus on upselling existing customers. You will play a key role in executing sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue by identifying opportunities within their current customer base.
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls from existing customers, assisting with product inquiries, identifying opportunities for upselling, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Proactively make outbound calls to customers who have purchased within the last 30-60 days, targeting potential upsell opportunities and addressing any pain points they may be experiencing.
- Work to identify areas where product upgrades or shifts could improve the customer experience.
- Engage in warm B2C and B2B calls and occasionally cold calls with a focus on growing business within the existing customer base.
- Work with customers, provide tailored solutions, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Actively work towards meeting and exceeding individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Be part of a positive and supportive team environment, collaborating with domestic and international dealers.
- Over time, expand your influence and leadership within the sales department.
