Job Summary:
Our client—a powerhouse in B2B security solutions (SaaS & Hardware) —is experiencing rapid growth across North America and is looking for a high-impact Territory Sales Manager to drive expansion in the Miami area.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales cycle, selling our client’s solutions on subscription-based contracts ranging from 3 to 9 months.
- Split your time between 80% outbound prospecting (mix of warm and cold outreach) and 20% inbound leads from SDRs/Marketing.
- Build and nurture client relationships through in-person meetings and strategic outreach.
- Execute a consultative sales approach, understanding client pain points and delivering tailored security solutions.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A hunter mentality with a passion for outbound prospecting and closing deals.
- Proven experience in B2B outside sales, ideally within security solutions, SaaS, or hardware.
- Strong face-to-face sales and business development skills.
- Ability to strategically navigate the sales cycle through a solutions-based selling approach (Challenger Sales or SPIN Selling).
Compensation & Perks:
- $75K base salary uncapped commissions (OTE $150K, with top reps exceeding $250K).
- $500/month vehicle allowance gas card.
- ALL expenses covered for meals, client outings, and hotels.
- Hybrid schedule – 2 days from home, 3 days in the field, meeting with clients.
