What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Insurance Coordinator position at Mirage Dental Arts?
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk/Receptionist for our modern, family owned dental office!
We would like someone who is motivated, organized, and enjoys working in a team environment. Candidate must speak both English and Spanish fluently. Must be available to work some late hours and 1 Saturday every other month.
Responsibilities will include:
-Great patients in a friendly manner
-Treatment plan presentation
-Knowledge of financing options
-Verification of insurances
-Collecting copays
-Sending insurance claims
-Answering calls and scheduling patients/ checking patients in and out
-Energetic, positive attitude always, quick learner, takes constructive criticism well
Job includes 2 weeks PTO as well as bonus incentives.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS DENTAL EXPERIENCE
