Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued while maintaining the standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to fine dining standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process payments accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.

Skills

• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for order processing and payments.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
