Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team to service our zillow leads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and have the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate on behalf of clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders in the property management sector and offers opportunities for professional growth in a thriving market.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders throughout the real estate transaction process.
  • Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.
  • Manage property listings, including conducting property showings and open houses.
  • Collaborate with other sales professionals to enhance market reach and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records related to transactions, client interactions, and market research.
  • Continuously educate yourself on real estate law, market trends, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with property management practices is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is beneficial.
