JOB SUMMARY
The Custodial/Housekeeping position is responsible for the overall cleaning and upkeep of the Men’s Locker Room in order to ensure a pleasurable experience for our members and their guests.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintains the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the facility while delivering exceptional member service.
- Regularly cleans and details locker room areas.
- Conducts frequent facility walk-throughs to ensure all spaces remain tidy and presentable.
- Cleans all assigned areas to Miramont Country Club standards using appropriate cleaning supplies.
- Maintains a friendly, professional attitude with members and guests, offering assistance as needed.
- Monitors and replenishes supply levels in all areas.
- Manages locker room hampers, ensuring timely emptying and pickup requests.
- Set up and replenish member amenities, including the coffee area.
- Assists with laundry functions, including folding, separating, washing, drying, and pressing linens.
- Identifies and reports any mechanical or electrical issues to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Labels and submits lost and found items to the concierge/receptionist.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

- Comfortable with taking direction, as well as communicating with fellow team members within and outside of team.
- Highly responsible and well-organized in tending to Men’s Locker Room area and Member needs.
- Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous Locker Room experience in Country Clubs or Hotels preferred.
Physical, Sensory And Motor Demands
- Able to bend and lift 20 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. frequently.
- Must be able to walk, bend, reach, stretch, and use repetitive arm and leg motions for duration of shift.
