Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the offices and public areas of Momentum Plaza. The work shift for this position is Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. (Monday-Friday 5:30PM to 10PM)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Works to efficiently maintain the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the facility using proper cleaning supplies.
• Ensures that all public areas; restrooms, sitting areas, meeting spaces, break rooms, work rooms, and offices are clean.
• Maintain a neat and clean cart, equipment, storage rooms, and supplies.
• Maintain and perform functions of the laundry; folding linens, separating linens, loading washer/dryer, and pressing linens.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with guests and team members at all times, being ready to assist when needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Monitor supply levels in all areas, replenishing when needed.
• Respect all equipment and property of the company and use with care to avoid unnecessary damage.
• Document any deficiencies, including mechanical and electrical problems from the areas you clean and report to the Evening Lead Housekeeper.
• Label and submit all lost and found items to security.
• Complete all other duties assigned by the Evening Lead Housekeeper or other members of management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel or private club cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong housekeeping skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with taking direction, as well as communicating with fellow team members within and outside of team.
• Highly responsible and well-organized in tending to the assigned area and beyond.
• Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Remain standing and walking for several hours during a work shift.
• Must be able to stand; walk; climb stairs; bend; stoop; kneel and use hands to finger, handle or feel.
• Must be able to climb a ladder up to 12 ft.
• Must be able to reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Must be able to moderate noise levels in the work environment.
• Must be able to handle hot and cold interior and outdoor conditions.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
