Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to administer medications to residents according to their individualized care plans and provide daily resident care and services as directed/instructed and in accordance with established care plans. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting residents with daily activities, such as transferring, walking, and toileting
- Documenting resident care and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
