We are seeking a compassionate and caring Medication Technician to join our team at Miramont Pointe. As a Medication Technician, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care possible. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to administer medications to residents according to their individualized care plans and provide daily resident care and services as directed/instructed and in accordance with established care plans. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting residents with daily activities, such as transferring, walking, and toileting
- Documenting resident care and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
